Dr. Rick Frechet, MD Haiti.
Father Rick Frechet worked as a Catholic Priest in Haiti before he became a doctor. Dr. Rick Frechet, MD then returned to Haiti to practice medicine.
Stating in the year 2000 he used the Heparin in Burns Protocol, largely without hospital and technical facilities.
